This trick allows you to walk, sprint, and ride your horse while in water, allowing for much quicker travel.
This Skyrim exploit requires that you’re riding your horse. All you need to do is enter the water you want to run around in, then get off your horse and back on again…done!
You can now run and sprint in water.
